ALPHA AMYLASE ENZYME 4g

Heat tolerant enzyme for reducing complex starches during the boil. This enzyme will convert the starch into sugars. Make up a soup with 15 litres of water and 4kg of starch. Keep at 50 – 60 degrees overnight and your starch will be converted to sugar.
