Vanilla & Sweet for fast maturation, high in oak lactones, cocos, sweet notes, cinnamon, moderate vanillin, furfural (fresh almonds), wood and smoke aromas, creamy, leather aromas. 5 – 20 grams wood in 1 litre of 65% ABV spirit for less than 4 weeks.
