Aurora Malt is a rich aromatic base malt full of deep malty flavours. Adds a deep red hues with big flavours. Can deliver a higher alcohol content than other malts. Great for Dark ales and Belgian style beers. Use up to 100% as base malt . EBC: 35 – 60.
