EBC 3 – 7 (mash required): Lowers the pH level of the wort, for better fermentation & improved flavour stability. For use in Pilsner, Light Beer, “Schankbiere”,and Wheat Beer or where mash ph is to be reduced. Use at a rate of 1-5%. PH 3.32.
