Description
EBC 350 – 450 (Steep): Very dark caramel malt with aromatic properties. Adds deep red colour and aroma. Substitute for “Belgian Special B” Use at a rate of up to 15% for a fuller body, improved malt aroma, deep and a saturated red colour.
