EBC 140 – 160 (Steep): Dark crystal malt. Adds maltiness, flavor, deep saturated colour and aroma. Used to create Bocks, Dark beers, Oktoberfest beers. Use at a rate of 5-10% for dark beers and 1-5% for lighter beers.
