EBC 14 – 18 (mash required): Typical top-fermented aroma produces superb slimmer, more sprightly wheat beers with aromas appropriate for the style. Produces superb Wheat Beers, Hefe-Weizen, Kölsch, Altbier and others. Use at a rate of up to 50%.
